Achari Chicken Chickpeas Kebabs

  • 1/2 kg chicken boneless boti
  • 1/4 kg  chickpeas boiled with 1tsp salt and 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1tbsp Naitonal Chilli Powder
  • 1tbsp crushed red chili
  • 1tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1tsp all spice
  • 1tsp salt
  • 1/2tsp National Crushed Pickle
  • 1tsp black pepper powder
  • 1tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 onion roughly chopped
  • 1 bunch coriander leaves roughly chopped
  • 8 green chillies


  • Boil the chicken boti with National Chilli Powder, crushed red pepper, coriander powder, turmeric powder, all spice, salt, National Crushed Pickle, black pepper and ginger garlic paste
  • Boil till chicken tender and water dries. Add boiled chickpeas in it and mix well.
  • Add in coriander leaves, onion and green chillies.
  • Chopped this mixture in chopper and give kebabs shapes.
  • Dip in beaten egg and deep fry the kebabs or u can shallow fry the kebabs.
