Directions
In a wok, fry onion slices in oil until it gets soft
Add ginger garlic paste and chickpeas. Cover it with lid and let it cook. Then add tomatoes, garam masala and other spices
Add yogurt and cook until oil separates, add National Crushed Pickle and mix
Add 8 cups water and let it boil. Add rinsed rice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
Serve hot with raita
