Achari bomb

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes 1/2 kg
  • National Red Chilli Powder 1 tbsp
  • National Turmeric Powder 1/2 tbsp
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Crushed Pickles 1/2 tbsp
  • Eggs
  • Bread Crumbs
  • Oil for frying
  • National Ketchup or Chilli Garlic Sauce

Directions

  • Boil 1/2 kg potatoes (peeled and cut).
  • Mash them and add 1 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder, 1/2 tbsp National Turmeric Powder and National salt.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now make small balls and fill National Crushed Pickles 1/2 tbsp in the centre of each potato ball.
  • Coat them with egg and bread crumbs and deep fry.
  • Enjoy dhamakay dar achari bombs with National Ketchup or Chilli Garlic Sauce!
