Directions
In a wok, add oil, and fry in sliced onions till golden.
Add ginger/garlic paste, stir fry along with tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, and spices ( salt, red chili powder, zeera and coriander, and Haldi). Cover and cook till masala is well cooked.
Now add chicken mince and cook till color changes and the water that it has released is dry. Add in potatoes too, stir fry and add water 1/2 cup. Cover and cook till both are completely tender.
Finally add in National Crushed Pickles, garam masala, and green chilies and put on dum.
Dish out and garnish with coriander leaves.
Served with boiled rice!
