Directions
Heat up oil, add sliced onion and ginger garlic paste.
When onion turns light golden, add chili, turmeric n salt, cook for 30 sec.
Add chopped tomatoes & mix well.
Add 2-3 tbs water & cover until tomato is tender.
Cook well until oil separates & make a smooth paste, add coriander & crushed achaar.
Add small sliced potato & water.
Cover until potato is tender.
Make gravy according to your taste.
Garnish with green chili.
