Ingredients:

 

  • Potato 2large
  • Onion 1large
  • Tomato 2large
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Red-chili powder 1tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/2tsp
  • Oil 3tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  • National crushed pickle 1tbs
  • Dry coriander powder 1tsp
  • Water 1cup
  • Green chili 2
  • Heat up oil
  • add sliced onion

Directions

  • Heat up oil, add sliced onion and ginger garlic paste.
  • When onion turns light golden, add chili, turmeric n salt, cook for 30 sec.
  • Add chopped tomatoes & mix well.
  • Add 2-3 tbs water & cover until tomato is tender.
  • Cook well until oil separates & make a smooth paste, add coriander & crushed achaar.
  • Add small sliced potato & water.
  • Cover until potato is tender.
  • Make gravy according to your taste.
  • Garnish with green chili.
