Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp National Crushed Pickle
  • 1 tsp National Salt
  • 1 tsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp National Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tbsp. National Coriander Powder
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions thinly sliced
  • 1 tomato
  • Green chilies and coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl add salt, red chilli, turmeric powder, chilli flakes, coriander powder, 1 tsp
  • National Crushed Pickle and mix with 2 tbsp of water.
  • Now add eggs in it and mix well. In a pan add oil and sliced onions.
  • Cook till transparent, now add egg mixture, small tomato chunks and sliced green chilies.
  • Cook till scramble and oil separates. Garnish with coriander leaves and green chilies.
