Directions
Marinate chicken with garlic, salt, pepper, red chili flakes, and soya sauce for 20 mins.
Prepare stuffing by mixing National Crushed Pickle, green onion, olives, fresh coriander, and cheddar cheese.
Take a chicken fillet, cut it in half from the center horizontally, and fill it with stuffing.
Beat eggs with a pinch of salt.
Now coat in dry flour then dip in beaten eggs and coat in bread crumbs.
Repeat the same procedure again. Press from the edges and shape it.
Shallow fry in a pan on medium-low flame till golden brown.
