Directions
In a pot add oil, heat it, and fry onions till light brown.
Add gg paste and all masalas and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Now add peas, green chilies, and 3.5 cups of water.
When water starts boiling, add rice and stir.
When the water starts boiling again, adjust the salt and lower the flame.
When the water becomes less add National Pickle.
Mix it in rice, with a soft hand and let the rice cook on dum.
They should be ready in 25 minutes. First 5 minutes cook on a medium flame and the remaining 20 minutes on a low flame.
Take out in a serving dish and serve in your style!
