Achaari Potato Cheese Balls

Recipe Cusine:



  • Potatoes 3 medium
  • Cheese shredded 1/2 cup
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Red chilli powder to taste
  • National Black pepper to taste
  • National crushed pickle 1 tbsp
  • National Corn flour 6 tbsp
  • Water for boiling potatoes
  • Oil for frying


  • Boil potatoes in water and peel them off after boiling.
  • Add boiled potatoes and spices in a bowl and mix well.
  • Add National crushed pickle and mix.
  • Take a spoonful of mixture, and add cheese in the centre.
  • Make a round shape.
  • Add corn flour and spices to a plate.
  • Coat balls in this and fry until golden brown.
