Directions
Boil the potatoes in water.
Knead the flour with water and make paratha by applying oil over it.
Crisp it and put it aside.
Cut in little triangles.
Add onion, and tomato in oil and saute.
Add spices and mashed potatoes.
Add National crushed pickle.
Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Place a spoonful over each triangle and serve.
