Directions
Fry onion in oil until it gets soft.
Add ginger garlic paste and chickpea.
Cover it with a lid and let it cook.
Then add tomatoes, National Garam Masala, and other spices.
Add yogurt and cook until the is oil separated.
Add National Crushed Pickle and mix.
Add 8 cups of water and let it boil. Add rinsed rice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
When water absorbs then put the handi on dum for 10 minutes and serve hot with raita.
