Fusion

Ingredients:

  • Chicken 1.5 cup
  • Rice 1 kg
  • Water as required
  • National Salt to taste
  • National Red Chilli Powder to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1.5 tsp
  • Green chilies 4-5
  • Oil as required
  • National Crushed Pickle 1.5 tbsp
  • National Garam Masala 1 tbsp
  • Yogurt 1/2 cup
  • Onion 2 medium
  • Tomato 2 medium

Directions

  • Fry onion in oil until it gets soft.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and chickpea.
  • Cover it with a lid and let it cook.
  • Then add tomatoes, National Garam Masala, and other spices.
  • Add yogurt and cook until the is oil separated.
  • Add National Crushed Pickle and mix.
  • Add 8 cups of water and let it boil. Add rinsed rice and cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • When water absorbs then put the handi on dum for 10 minutes and serve hot with raita.
