Ingredients
Chicken 1/2 kg
National Salt 1 tsp
National Black pepper 3/4 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
National Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Egg 1
National Corn flour 1/4 cup
Oil 3 tbsp
Green chillies (chopped) 1 tsp
Capsicum 1 (cubes)
Onion 1 (cubes)
National Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Red chilli powder 3/4 tsp
National Vinegar 1 tbsp
National Red chilli sauce 2-3 tbsp
National Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Paprika powder 1 tsp
National Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
National Chilli garlic 1/4 cup
Sugar 1-2 tsp
Water 1/2 cup
Directions
Take a bowl and add chicken in the bowl, add salt, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, chilli flakes, soya sauce, egg and corn flour and mix well then set it aside to rest at least 30 minutes.
Method For Cooking:
Take a pan and pour some oil, then fry the marinated chicken on a medium flame for at least 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Then take another pan, add some oil, ginger garlic paste, and green chilies, and cook for a minute.
Lastly, add vegetables, salt, red chili powder, soya sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, tomato ketchup, chili garlic sauce, paprika powder & sugar, and let it cook for 2-3 mins.
Then add the fried chicken to it and mix!
Add 1/2 cup of water and cook for 3 minutes on high flame.
Add National’s corn flour in some water and mix. Then add it to the chicken. Mix until the sauce gets thick and it’s done! And voila, your Chicken Manchurian is ready to be served!
