Ingredients
Beef mince 750 gm
Beef fat 150 gm
Ginger & garlic paste 1 tablespoon
Onion chopped 150 gm (squeeze onion and remove water)
Green chilies paste 1 tablespoon
Baking soda ¼ teaspoon
Papaya paste (sweet papaya) 4 tablespoon
National seekh kabab masala 1 pkt
Thread for kabab
Oil for frying
Koyla for smoke
Directions
Add mince, fat, onion, baking soda, garlic, ginger, papaya, and green chili paste in chopper and chop for at least 2 to 3 minutes.
Now add national seekh kabab masala and mix well with the help of your hands.
Marinate this mixture for 8 hours and keep it in fridge.
Now insert mince on wooden ice cream sticks and tie thread on it.
Heat oil in frying pan and fry all kababs for 3 minutes on both sides.
At this stage give coal smoke. (For coal smoke put coal with kababs on a small piece of aluminum foil, sprinkle some oil on coal and cover it for a few minutes.)
