Ingredients:
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp ghee
2 inch cinnamon stick
3-4 green cardamom
2 onions
1 tsp ginger paste
2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp National salt
1 tsp National Red Chili Powder
2 tsp National Coriander Powder
1 tsp National Cumin Powder
½ tsp National Garam Masala
¼ National Turmeric Powder
1 tbsp National Kasuri Methi
1½ cup fresh/ frozen peas
4 tomato paste
400 g fresh Fenugreek leaves
¾ cup fresh cream
coriander leaves
green chillies

Directions
Method
Wash and cut fenugreek leaves in 1 tbsp oil cook onion tomatoes and green chilli and make puree as well.
Boil the green peas in water until soft . Meanwhile heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and add fenugreek and sauté on a high flam after 2 min take it out
In same pan add 1/4 cup oil, cumin, cinnamon and green cardamom.
Add gg paste and onion tomato paste ,National red chilli powder , salt ,turmeric powder and cumin powder cook on low flame.
Once the oil leaves from side add boiled green peas and sautéed fenugreek leaves.
Mix well and cook for a min .Then add cream or malai and mix well.
Cook 1 min and switch off the flame .
Methi Malai Mattar is ready to serve.
