Sauté onion in oil.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Then add mutton cubes and cook.
Now add National Tikka Masala, mix well and cook till the meat gets tender.
When meat is cooked properly add ketchup and cook.
Now add boiled macaroni and mix meat and macaroni.
Well cook for 5 minutes on slow flame.
Add cheese and cook till it melts.
And serve!
