Heat oil fry onion till light golden colorAdd chicken ginger garlic paste and fry wellNow add yogurt ,cumin ,salt, black pepper, National red chili powder , green chili paste and cook them for 15mins.Now heat 4tbsp Oil in separate pot put chicken cubes and water according to your rice and bring it to boilNow put the soaked rice keep the flame highWhen water dries out slow the flameNow put the prepared chicken masala on top of rice, add kewra water .And put it on dum for 15 mins. Serve with salad .
