Eid amd ramzan special dessert

Ingredients:

  • 1.5 liter milk
  • 5 tbsp national vanilla custard powder dissolved in half cup milk
  • 10 to 12 tbsp or to taste sugar
  • Half cup colored vermicelli
  • 200ml cream
  • 1 cup fruit cocktail
  • 4 sliced bananas
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Green red and yellow jelly(prepared acc to packet inst)
  • Dry fruits acc to choice
  • Choco chips as required

Directions

  • Boil milk with vermicelli, add sugar and cook for 5 minutes till sugar dissolves.
  • Add custard powder mixture while boiling and mix. Cook for 5 minutes then turn off the flame. Let it cool.
  • Add fruits, jellies, cream, dry fruits, choc chips and fruit cocktail in prepared vermicelli custard.
  • Fold gently. Add jellies and fruits in bowls following with lab e shireen topped with jellies, nuts, fruits and choc chips. Enjoy chilled
