Directions
In a boiling water, place potato fingers for 5 mins, take it out and dry them.
Coat it in flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper & red chili powder mixture. Deep fry until golden brown.
In a pan heat oil and sauté garlic and onion until translucent then add capsicum and sauté for few mins.
Add all the sauces, spices and cook with 1/4 cup water.
Add mixture of corn flour with 1/4 cup of water , cook for few secs, sauce is ready.
In a serving platter place crispy fries topped with sweet, tangy & spice sauce. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
