Directions
Add the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and salt to a large bowl and stir until well combined.
Add the sparkling water gently, while you’re whisking until well combined, but don’t over-mix. You can use a whisk, a fork or your chopsticks. Set aside.
Add all veggies into the batter & mix well.
Spray /brush the oil air fryer basket & veggies tempura according to your choice size & baked in 180c for 10 to 12 minutes again brush & spray oil &baked 4to5 minutes.
Crispy & yummy veg tempura ready
Serve the vegetable tempura with National garlic sauce & ketchup. The sauce is optional, but your tempura pieces will taste much better if you dip them into the sauces.
