Directions
Heat oil in a pot, add onion and fry until soft and translucent
Add ginger and garlic paste and fry for 2-3 minutes
Now add all the spices
Add chicken and fry it on a medium flame until white color appears
Add tomatoes , chopped green chilis and mix it
Add salt and give it a good mix
Cover and cook until meat is tender on low flame for 20 minutes
Remove the cover and cook for another 5 minutes
Garnish with mint leaves
