Peri Peri Pockets

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillets 500
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Cheese half cup
  • Peri peri sauce ½ cup
  • National Salt according to taste
  • Roll Patti
  • Oil for frying

For marination

  • Dahi ½ cup
  • Paprika powder 1 tsp
  • Salt according to taste
  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Chili flakes ½ tsp

Directions

  • Marinate chicken for 1 hour, then cook it in a very low amount of oil.
  • Cut and shred it into small pieces.
  • In another pan add cream, cheese, Peri Peri sauce and cool them on a low flame to thicken the sauce.
  • Add chicken and mix well
  • Wrap it in roll Patti and deep fry on medium flame.
  • Serve it with National Ketchup and Mayo.
