Directions
Cut chicken fillet into small slices and set aside.
Now In a bowl mix salt, garlic powder, oil, black pepper and marinate chicken in it for 15 to 20 minutes.
Then cook the chicken on a greased pan for 5 to minutes. Set aside.
In a separate pan add eggs then scrambled it. Set it aside.
Heat water in a pan and cook rice in it until 80% cooked. Keep it aside.
In a wok add oil, add peas in it and cook for 6 to 7 minutes.
Add garlic in it and sauté for a minute. Add carrots, capsicum, cabbage and sauté. Now add salt, chicken powder, black pepper, white pepper, soya sauce, chicken and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add rice, scrambled egg, green onion and toss for 3 to 4 minutes.
