Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cup garam flour
  • 1 tsp National salt
  • 1 tbsp National Red Chilli Powder
  • Water as required
  • Oil for frying
  • National Tomato Ketchup as required

Directions

  • Wash and peel potatoes
  • Cut in slices and put them in salty water
  • In garam flour add salt and chilli powder
  • Make a thick paste by adding water
  • Heat oil in wok
  • Dip potatoes in batter then fry them until they become golden
  • Serve with National Tomato Ketchup
