Ingredients:

  • Moong daal one cup
  • soak for an hour
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1tsp
  • Salt tsp

Directions

  • In a pot add daal gg paste black pepper turmeric powder in daal and cook
  • Now add tarka:
  • In a pan add oil chopped one garlic glove onion red button chilli and fry until color change now add cumin
  • Boil rice serve with national pickle
