Directions
In a food processor mix all ingredients to make a smooth texture. Let it rest for at least 1 hour
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and rub with your hands properly.
Then knead with water until the dough is a little hard and let it rest
Now divide the dough into 2 equal parts and make 1/2 cm thick roti bases.
Now spread minced chicken evenly on 1 roti, then cover it with another roti and press lightly.
Cut into strips with the help of a pizza cutter and twist the strips.
Join from ends to make rounds or leave as it is.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan on low to medium heat and fry the twisters until done or golden brown. Don't fry on high flame otherwise, the minced chicken will be raw.
Bihari Chicken Twisters are ready. Sprinkle some National Chat masala on top and serve with National Ketchup or National Chili Garlic Sauce.
