Directions
In a bowl, add beaten yogurt.
Add in garam masala powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, crushed red pepper, turmeric, black pepper powder, yellow food colour and ginger garlic paste.
Mix well and add in chicken cubes. Let chicken cubes marinate for 1 hour.
In a pan, add 1 tbsp oil and cook the marinated chicken till it tenders and dries.
Shred the chicken.
In a samosa wrapper, add 1 tbsp of your shredded chicken filling to make the samosa.
Deep fry the samosas and enjoy.
