Achari Aloo Qeema

Ingredients:
Yogurt ½ cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 ½ tbsp
National Achar Gosht Recipe Mix 3 tbsp
Beef mince ½ kg
Cinnamon sticks 2
Black Peppers 3-4
Red Chillies 3-4 – whole
Sliced Onions 2 medium
Chopped tomatoes 2 medium
National Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
National Salt ½tsp or to taste
National Red Chilli Powder 1tsp
Chopped coriander 1 cup
National Crushed Pickle 1tbs
National Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp

Directions
Whisk yogurt, ginger garlic paste and National Achar Gosht Recipe Mix in a bowl.
Marinate beef mince in the mixture for 30 minutes.
Add cooking oil, cinnamon sticks, black pepper, corns, whole red chllies and onions in a wok and fry until it turns golden. Add tomatoes and mix well.
Add water and cover the wok. Cook on low flame for 5 minutes and mix well.
Add turmeric powder, crushed pickles, salt, red chilli powder to the mixture and stir well.
Let it cook for 2-3 minutes and add water. Mix well.
Now, add the marinated beef mince to the mixture and stir well until it changes color.
Add water and potatoes, mix well and bring it to boil.
Cover the wok and cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
Then, cook on high flame until the oil separates.
Add garam masala powder, green chillies, and coriander.
Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes. Your Achari Aloo Qeema is prepared to be served.
