Pickle Chicken Stick served with rice

Recipe Cusine:

Ingredients:
National crushed pickle 1 tsp
Chicken mince 1 cup
Maida 2tbps
Butter 2tbs
Milk as required
National Salt as required
National Black pepper as required
National Red chili powder as required
Oregano 1/4 tsp
Egg 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Directions
For sauce:
Take 2 tbsp butter and melt it in a pan.
Add 2 tbsp maida and stir it.
Add milk and stir until it turns into a thick sauce.
Add salt and black pepper as per your taste.
For coating:
Take chicken mince and add National salt, National red chili powder, National black pepper, ginger garlic paste, and oregano.
Take a ball of coating mixture. Flatten it on a palm.
Add a spoonful of sauce to it and put National crushed pickle in it.
Close it in the shape as shown in the picture.
Coat it with egg and fry on a medium flame. Cover it with a lid on a low flame until it tenderizes well.
Serve it hot with rice.
