Directions
Soak 2 cups moong daal for half and hour
And then boil it in 4 cups of water
1 tsp Haldi.
In a pan, heat
3-4 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
½ tsp zeera
1 onion sliced
2 large tomatoes sliced
Cover & cook for 5-7 minutes
Then add
National Salt
Haldi powder
Red chili powder
NATIONAL MAZEYDAR DAAL RECIPE MIX 2 TB SP
5-6 curry leaves.
Add boiled daal and mix
Add some water.
Adjust the consistency.
If you will have it rice then add more water.
Add less water to enjoy with Roti.
Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low flame
Now give Tarka with all the Tarka Ingredients.
