Directions
Boil beef with Ginger garlic paste, National Tikka Boti Masala, chili powder, cumin and salt in 2 to 3 cups of water till it cooks completely and water dries.
Let it cool then shred.
Boil potatoes and mash them roughly.
Dissolve imli in 1tbsp water. Mix in potatoes and remove seeds.
Mix shredded beef, potatoes, imli paste and coriander, make kababs, dip in egg and shallow fry them.
