Normal routine meal

Ingredients:

  • Daal mash washed and soaked 1 cup
  • Onions 1 large slice
  • Tomatoes 3 cubes
  • National Crushed Pickle 1 tbsp
  • National Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chilies 1 tbsp
  • National Turmeric half tsp
  • National Cumin half tsp
  • Kalonji 1 pinch
  • Oil half cup.
  • Gg paste half tsp
  • Green chilies or green coriander for garnish

Directions

  • In a bowl add oil and fry gg paste with onions.
  • When light brown, add tomatoes and all the spices and fry until tomatoes are soft and the oil has separated.
  • Add soaked washed daal.
  • Add National crushed pickle and cook on a medium flame for 15 minutes or until it's done.
