Directions
Wash chicken, add all ingredients in it and mix very well.
Mix besan, National cornflour, and maida with water and egg then add chicken to it and keep covered in the fridge.
Keep it for 2/4hrs for good results, add baking powder 10 mins before frying.
Can be Marinated overnight. If the batter looks dry add some milk or water and mix well.
Heat oil, in a karahi, and drop each cube coated in batter on medium-low heat, keep turning.
When becomes crispy take out.
Serve this yummy treat with National ketchup or mayo.
