Ingredients:
mong daal 1 (washed and soaked for 4-6 hours )
Gg paste
National Red Chilli powder 1tbsp
National Salt to taste
White roasted cumin seeds 1tsp
National tikka masala 2 tbls
1 small onion chopped
Fresh coriander chopped 2 -3 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 2tbsp
Soda 1/4 tsp
Oil for frying
Directions
Add daal in a chopper to make a paste but do not add water to it.
Transfer the daal to a bowl, add all spices and mix well and set aside for 10 minutes.
During this heat oil in a wok and fry wada on medium-high flame
