Directions
In a frying pan heat oil.
Add onion and fry until light golden brown.
Add tomato and green chilies, green onions, and spinach and mix well.
Add all the spices including National Salt, National Turmeric, and National Red Chilli powder, and fry for 2-3 minutes.
With the help of a spatula make 5 wells in the mixture and add 5 eggs.
Sprinkle black pepper and cover. Let it cook in steam for 5-6 minutes until the eggs are done.
In the end garnish it with coriander leaves.
