Directions
Marniate drumettes with National Chilli sauce, National Soya sauce, National vinegar, mustard paste, National salt and pepper for around 1 hour.
Add in a bowl 1 cup all-purpose flour, National Corn flour 4 tbsp, National salt, pepper, baking powder 1tsp,1 tsp baking soda and mix it well.
Beat 2 eggs with 4 tbsp milk.
Now coat marinated chicken drumettes with dry ingredients then egg mixture then again dry ingredients.
Now coat with bread crumbs and deep fry in low heat until golden brown.
Serve with national tomato ketchup.
