Ingredients:
1 cup (boiled) mashed potatoes
1/2 cup green peas (boiled and mashed)
4 tbsp chopped green coriander
2 tbsp chopped green chilies
1/4 tbsp National Haldi Powder
1 tbsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tbs National Crushed Pickle
1/4 tbsp National Cumin Seed
Some curry leaves
National Salt to taste
Directions
Step 1 (for filling)
In a hot pan add 3 tbsp oil, and put curry leave and whole cumin in it.
Add all the spices to National Crushed Pickles and put this mixture over the mashed potatoes and peas.
Mix it well.
Step 2 (for dough)
Take 1 bowl of plain flour and add 2 tbsp oil/ghee, a pinch of National Salt, and a pinch of soda.
Add water (according to your need) to make dough.
Keep this aside for almost 1 hour.
Step 3
Take any shape mold. Roll a thin roti with dough and put it into the mold.
Fill with potato and achar mixture.
Deep fry it and enjoy yummy achari samosa .
