Directions
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, National Red Chili powder, roasted and crushed cumin seeds, coriander seeds, National salt, National Garam masala powder, National Turmeric powder, chicken powder, and National Biryani masala.
In a pan, add oil and marinated chicken and fry for a few minutes until the chicken changes its color.
Then add 2 big glasses of water. Cook till chicken and potatoes are tender.
Add fried onions, coriander leaves, green chilies, tomatoes, and Aloo Bukhara.
Sprinkle National Chat Masala and zarda food color.
Top with boiled rice.
Cover and cook on high flame for 10-15 minutes.
Then put it on dum for 5-10 minutes.
Biryani is ready to serve.
