Directions
Cut onion into thin slices.
Fry it in hot oil until it turns brown, and add whole cumin.
Fry for a minute then add ginger garlic paste.
Fry it again for a minute and add the mutton mince. Fry it. until it changes color.
Now add salt and mix it. Then Haldi powder and 1-2 cardamons.
Cook it for 2-3 minutes, now add yogurt, mix it and cover the pan for 10 minutes.
After almost 10 minutes add chopped tomatoes, add remaining spices, and cook it until mutton becomes tender.
Put 1/2 cup water and put on dum.
Boil rice with chopped green onions, carrots, and peas, and enjoy with keema!
