Directions
Boil, peel and mash the potatoes coarsely
Add all the spices and coriander, mix and make round balls
Meanwhile add chili flakes, salt, cumin and turmeric in gram flour
Make medium consistency batter by adding water. Mix till the lumps are dissolved
Dip potato balls into gram flour mixture and coat. Deep fry in medium hot oil till golden brown
Serve with National Ketchup
