Directions
Flatten the chicken.
Take a bowl add flatten chicken and all the other ingredients coat it and wrap it marinate it for 5 hours
In another bowl add crispy fry add some water make a thick paste. Dip chicken in batter then roll chicken pieces in flour dip it in water for 5 to 6 second again roll in flour press and roll clock wise and anti clock wise for about 40 second
Now put the chicken immediately in preheat oil wait for 3 minutes then turn the sides fry on low to medium flame then take it out.
Take a bowl add mayonnaise and Peri Peri sauce mix it well keep aside
Spread the mayo sauce on the base of bun.
Layer tomato slice, onion salad leaves, crispy fried chicken, mayo sauce and close the burger with the top of the bun
