Directions
Mix flour, salt, sugar, egg, oil in a bowl
Add water and knead well to form a dough, cover and let it rest for 20 minutes
In a bowl, add eggs, onion, green chilies, National Chilli Powder, salt, cumin powder, tomato and green coriander. Whisk well
Add oil and knead again to make the dough smooth
Take a small piece of the dough, coat it in dry flour, and roll it into a round shape with the help of a rolling pin
Spread oil and dry flour evenly, fold from opposite sides, apply oil again and fold
Dust in dry flour and roll out dough with the help of a rolling pin
On a griddle, keep the flame low, place the dough, add egg mixture and mozzarella cheese, apply ghee/oil and fold the paratha from both sides
Fry paratha from both sides with ghee/oil
Serve hot with spicy chutney
