Directions
In a blender add mint leaves, coriander, green chilies and yogurt. Blend well and set aside
Heat oil in a pot and add all spices and mix, add onions and fry until brown
Add sliced tomatoes and cook
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well. Add yogurt and green mixture and cook
Add minced meat and fry until it changes colour, then add salt, National Chilli Powder, turmeric and coriander powder. Cook for 10 mins
Now for layers:
Add mint leaves, green chilies, lemon slices, then add a layer of boiled rice. Cover and cook for 10 - 15 mins on low flame
Spicy Qeema Pulao is ready to serve with mint raita and salad
