Achari Qeema

Try our extremely quick and easy Achaari Qeema made with our special crushed pickle for that surprise twist!

I Made It

Ingredients:

 

  • Beef mince 500 gm
  • Ginger paste 1 tbsp
  • Garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Green chili small paste 1 tbsp.
  • Onion slices 1 large
  • Oil ½ cup
  • National cumin seeds crushed 1 tbsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • Tomato puree 1 cup
  • Yogurt ½ cup
  • National crushed pickle 150 gm
  • Green chili big 4 to 5
  • Water ½ cup
  • Fresh coriander chopped for garnish
  • Ginger julienne for garnish
  • Green chili big slices for garnish

Directions

 

  • 1. Heat oil in a pan and fry onions until light brown.
  • 2. Put ginger, garlic and green chili paste and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • 3. Now put mince and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • 4. Add cumin, salt and yogurt and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • 5. Now add tomato puree and National crushed pickle and fry for another 1-2 minutes.
  • 6. Then add water and green chilies, cover and cook for 12-15 minutes. When mince is fully cooked, mix it until the oil separates from mince.
  • 7. Garnish it with coriander, green chilies, and julienne ginger.
