Ingredients:
Malai Paneer – 150 gms
Bread slices
Cheese slice(s)
Butter
Oil – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 no. chopped
Green chili – 1 no. thinly sliced
Green Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Red Capsicum – 2 tbsp
Yellow Capsicum – 2 tbsp
National Salt to taste
National Chili powder – 1 tsp
Pinch of National Turmeric powder
National Garam Masala powder – 1/4 tsp
Amchur (Dry Mango powder) – 1/2 tsp
Few chopped Coriander leaves
Directions
Heat Oil in a pan.
Add Onion, Green chili, and Tri-color Capsicum (Green, Red, Yellow) and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then add Salt, National Chili powder, Turmeric powder, Garam Masala powder, and Amchur (Dry Mango powder) and mix well.
Crumble the Malai Paneer and add to the vegetables. Mix well.
Finally add the chopped Coriander leaves and mix well. Paneer Filling is ready Keep aside.
Place the Cheese slice on the Bread and spread the Paneer filling. Cover it with another bread slice.
Toast the Bread on both sides with Butter (Optional) in а pan.
Cut it diagonally & serve it with Ketchup or Mint chutney.
